My wife and I used Richie's Transfer to move to our new house in Level Green. The movers were nice enough, but managed to take apart our bed incorrectly, and then incorrectly put it back together. This resulted in the bed falling apart when using it, and chipping a large piece of wood from the side.

I contacted the company about this, and spoke with someone who said they would be out to review the damage the next day between 10a and 12 noon. No one ever showed up or contacted us, and still hasn't 3 days later. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company, and all I get is an answering machine with no call back.

I would not recommend this moving company to anyone, as they will damage your belongings, and not attempt to make it right. Bad experience!
