Not a good start to my day. Left two containers of trash and weeds which are not good for composting, also some paper debris left on roadway. Called office, left a message, no response yet. I took special pains to cut up the weeds etc hopefully to make easy on the workers. Your service has been going down hill..Plan to pass this unsatisfactory service to Commissioners.

I had a question regarding my bill and while it did take some time to get through (line was repeatedly busy), the admin answered my questions politely and made sure everything was in order prior to ending the call. No complaints with pick-up either. Can is placed neatly to the side (usually upside down) with lid close-by. I wish the service was a little less expensive, but nothing is cheap anymore.

I have had this company for my trash collection for over 16 years and have had good service. I live in West Deer and you have no choice, but to use this company. They always pick up the trash early in the morning. Cannot remember one occasion in 16 years where my trash was not picked up. I have left larger items, mattresses, box springs and small pieces of furniture and they took those too. A few times recyclables were missed and I called and left a message. They were picked up the next day. Very satisfied with this company.

I have used their service for as long as I can remember and have never had any problems. I haven't had the need to phone them much;but the few times I did (for special pickups), I had no problem.

TERRIBLE service, the line is always busy, then when you do leave a message nobody returns your call! I wouldn't recommend this company! They never seem to have their communication in line within the company! Go somewhere else to have your refuse removed!

One word. . . .HORRIBLE. If there was a less rating, they would get it. After many calls, still doesn't pick up when needed. Keeps promising to pick up trash but week after week it's still there.

The kids that are picking up my garbage are doing an outstanding job. After they pick up the trash, you can drive up the street and not a can is tossed. Every can that has a lid has a lid on it after they leave. Way to go guys.

HAVE REPEATLY FORGOTTEN TO PICK UP RECYCLED ITEMS AND OCCASIONALLY DID NOT PICK UP GARBAGE EITHER. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER CALLS BACK, EVEN AFTER LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
