Best Chineese food in the NN.

Did a carryout. Quick and easy. This was a sit-down restaurant and looked like a nice place, with family groups in evidence. But the food was not a good experience, not well prepared, large chunky pieces of meat and veggies in egg foo yong, coarse and chunky - a disgrace to the concept of Chinese cooking. Sweet & sour the same - tough, large pork chunks coated with some kind of tough covering with a typical sauce. Egg roll was a bit scary - this should be a vegetable preparation but each of the two was different and contained bits and pieces of who knows what, including pieces of shrimp in one - looked like the scrapings of leftovers stuffed in the covering and not a specifically prepared item. I would like to have seen their kitchen and to know how the cooks are trained or supervised. Based on this experience I would stay away from this place until someone shows them how Chinese food should be prepared.
