Founded in 1997, The Alley Cantina is located in the entertainment plaza in Taos, N.M. The plaza offers facilities, such as bar, boardroom, community hall, pool and pichenotte. It also organizes dance and music shows. The Alley Cantina also offers board games, such as backgammon, chess, trivial. Its restaurant menu includes ice cream, coffee, tea, soda, chips, salsa, nachos, quesadilla and french fries.
