The Yoga Loft offers over 30 classes a week ranging from gentle bliss classes, hatha levels I & II, vinyasa flow classes for all levels, and an ashtanga based power hour you can even take on your lunch break! All yoga instuctors are fully certified with either a 200 or 500 hour teacher training certification and registered with Yoga Alliance.
