We ordered a cab. Yellow cab told us 5 to 20 minutes wait..no problem right? Now 30 minutes layer I called for the status of the cab , and was told that it is 7 minutes away.. no problem right? No at about 12 minutes I call again for the status of the cab and informed the cab om pay that I just say a yellow cab pass our position. The Yellow Cab dispatch told me that the cab is 1 minutes away.. I asked her to call and see if that was pur cab that passed and it it was please ask them to turn around.. (a van taxi). Another 10 minutes pass... I call and ask for the status of our cab also mentioning the previous phone calls to remind dispatch of our concern. The Yellow Cab dispatch person asks me to hold .. I hold for about 5 minutes on the phone. She comes back and says he is 1 mile away and apologized for the wait. States it was due to traffic. When I enquired why I was told 7 minutes and 1 minute as eta before she said it was because he had not updated his gps at that point and the locations were errors. She also said that this cab is not a van like I had see ealier. She said that hi old gps location must have been from earlier in the day. So we waited again. About 10 minutes later he shows up in a van. The driver is very quiet and we are polite to him .. we also gave him a tip since we don't really k ow where the fault lies. So my question is this : If someone is being tracked by GPS and shows location 7 minutes from our location .. then shows another location 1 minute away from our location then it seams to me that it is "updating". Now that been said if the driver had somehow gotten lost and needed more direction or some other issue I would understand if told and I surely would have given directions if asked. Since I saw what I think to be the same cab twice I feel this was the vase but dispatch chose to lie to me. That is the issue , and why I am giving 1 star. Not the late arrival , but the unprofessional way it was handled by their dispatch. If we ever need a cab again we will definitely call a different services because we no longer trust this one at all.

Be Forewarned: Some of their cabbies are good. Some are out to take as much money from you as possible. They will go ridiculous routes on purpose to get more money from you and then they will be offended when you call them out on it. Your best bet is to stay clear of this company altogether. There cab dispatch has never learned what Google or Google Maps are to find a location you are describing. There management is worse than awful when you complain about their cab drivers purposely going terrible routes and then offer no restitution when they admit their drivers are inadequately prepared and they will blame it on the fact that the drivers haven't driven that route lately. If your drivers aren't "familiar" with the area, that is your problem, not mine.
