Dr. Welter has been a board-certified optometrist in the Tampa and St. Petersburg area since 2007. She holds a license to practice optometry in the state of Florida and Massachusetts. Dr. Welter received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of South Florida. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Vision Science and a Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Welter provides comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings to patients eight years old and above. She believes in enhancing the patient experience by engaging with patients and providing quality exams.
