The service was below average and the windows are very cheap. Although my window installation went very quickly from contract to completion, my installers were a group of 18-21 kids. As a result, two of my windows leaked into the house. They did return to fix this problem and agreed the installation wasn't up to par. Now, 3 years later, I have severe condensation in 3 out of 10 windows and they will not return my phone calls. I don't recommend Weather Tite at all.
