DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I used Veterans for a week during our vacation. I had my car serviced 11 days before dropping it off. I had my brakes fixed and two tires put on my car. When I get in and brought back to the lot, I walk up to get my keys. Out of no where guy tells me "Oh, I think maybe something happened to your car, it has a flat tire, maybe you ran over a nail when you were driving it here." As you can imagine I blew up maybe "I" ran over a nail.I told the "manager" (and I use the term loosely), that there was no way my car was perfect when I brought it in. He says "oh, well I can say the same thing" uh no you can't it's not perfect it has a flat tire, and not just a flat but someone drove it on the flat to the point my tire was off the rim!!! The "manager" offered to buy me a can of fix a flat... REALLY! I got no where arguing or threatning. My husband started putting on our donut. Halfway through, the guy offers free service next time we travel if we park there...REALLY!
