Previously I reviewed this business as Guest 48440. I have since turned my first phone in because I had trouble using it, only to have to purchase another one because the representative had cut off the bar code. So I purchased a Blackberry and I have had it for five weeks and I have misplaced it. I did purchase the insurance on the phone, so now I have to come up with $99.00 to replace the lost phone. Since I went to this store, I have spent $531.50, not counting the service with verizon. I did receive a $100 rebate on the first phone and a $50 rebate on the second phone, so I am only out $$381.50. Now, Verizon can't take all the blame. I am the one that lost the second phone, but they are the ones that messed up the first return. So, I am reducing the number of stars for this store. Overall, the Manager, Mr. Smith is very competent, knows what he is doing, is very personable and easy to get along with, so don't fault him. He is what is good about Verizon Wireless!!

I have never felt this comfortable in a cell phone store! Not only is the atmosphere relaxed and inviting, but the employees are friendly and accommodating. Once the sale is made, they WANT to see you back with questions, concerns, whatever! How often does that happen? Not very often in this economy! BRAVO!! Congratulations to a fine team led by a fine leader. I have not met him yet, but I do hope to next time I drop by. 10 stars A+
