I give the product 5 stars and my technician Gus 20 stars, but when you call the office the man who answers the phone and dispatches the calls is less than customer friendly. His tone always gives me the impression that he is not interested in providing me the service(s) that I am requesting and that he is not happy I called. The man has never said these simple two words "thank you" . The state of businesses in today's climate, need to understand that the consumer has choices. I would suggest that the man who answers the phone realize it is customers like me that help make this a viable company and perhaps keeps him employed. I highly recommend the product but not the service acclimate of this particular business model. Gus, if it wasn't for you I would have cancelled my service 2 years ago. I have been a customer since going on 3 years. Gus you deserve the employee of the year and the years for the outstanding customer service you have provide me.
