I recently purchased a Gary Fisher 29er hardtail from this store following a 2-3 month backorder. Sadly I started having problems with the front wheel right away. First it had an annoying "tick" that they fixed, but once I really started riding the bike, I would have a flat on the front almost every ride - went through tons of patches and tubes. They narrowed it to a defect in the cheap rim liner that came stock, but traditional rim tape worked no better. Even though I soon moved from the Tampa area, they got Trek to ship out 2 brand new wheels that included the higher quality, molded rim liner. They then shipped them to a Trek store near me where they were swapped out at no extra cost. I give them high marks for working so hard to finally get this bike right. I withhold the last star as I feel some of the techs could use more training and experience regarding the rim liner and also shifter adjustments.
