      I bought a pocket watch and had it engraved for my grandson for his high school graduation. The girls in this store were very pleasant and helpful. That was on Wed. April 24th around noon. The watch was delivered today April 25th via UPS. I call that PROMPT service. I would definitley shop there again. Thanks again to the wonderful girls who work there, Belinda
