I am so disappointed and upset. I have been taking my dogs there for over a year. They are not personable, but seem to be fine with the dogs. When I picked my dogs up last time, the little one was in pain for 3 days. We ended up taking her to doggy ER and they said she had arthritis. I assumed it was her arthritis and didn't put it together. On Monday I took them back. AWFUL:! Soap was left in my big dog's ears and she scratched so bad they were bleeding. The little one is in pain AGAIN and walking crooked (along with a crooked haircut). I won't be back and advice you to be cautious if you use this place.

be careful if they are in a bad mood, mine came home with a large bald spot and tail never trimmed he was a young puppy at the time the mom and day seem to treat the puppies and dogs better than thier daughter. never went back after this.by the way nothing was mentioned about the bald spot when i picked him up a sorry would have been nice.

Very poor scheduling arrangements. I was told they do not take appointments. Instead just drop my dog off between 8:00 a.m. and noon. Then the day I had arranged to drop my dog off before noon I was told not to bring her in because the person wanted to get out early that day. Not customer service oriented.

They take great care in their work and it shows.
