The negative reviews are way off base. This is a favorite of ours, and we visit regularly for special family occasions as well as just wife and I for the occasional romantic dinner. Food is consistently excellent. Service is consistently excellent. The overall experience is great. We've dined there more than 30 times over the years and have never been disappointed.

WOW....I am shocked about the 2 bad reviews received. I love the Melting Pot and have never had an issue with the food nor have I had an issue with the staff. The last time I was there was for a Breast Cancer event and my waiter was awesome as well as the food was incredible.

I went to this location recently and was shocked. The food was cold as well as the staff. I visited the location in Atlanta a few years back and was very pleased. Not sure if the company is falling off or it is just this location, but I doubt I will ever take the chance of ever finding out.

My experience at The Melting Pot was extremely disappointing. I found a bug in my Fondue, and the wait staff was not only unprofessional, but made me out to be uncoopertive when I asked them to take care of it. Not going back there ever again.

I had the absolute displeasure of eating at this establishment. It was the most Vial, unclean facility I have ever eaten in. It should be on the "Dirty Dining List" and condemed.

Romantic and soothing atmosphere, It's a little pricey but worth it. You could just go for the cheese and/or dessert and have wonderful time.

Great service, The service personal went out of there way to make the experience special for my date and me. Very special dinning experience.
