I never had any of those issues I find it nice and quiet since everyone is stupid enough to pay for extras like blacklights and neon lights etc.. just because the place isnt new dont degrade the value of the place.. its nice quiet and not very full most of the week... Great for a somewhat private party.

This place is zero stars on the rating. I saw a RAT on the bar. I quickly told the employee and he acted like this is a normal occurence.even laughed and joked about it. The bar smelled like swill. The lanes were broken and dry. The managers are ruder than employees. I visited on morning hours to secure a weekend party and the man behind the desk was asleep. The man behind the bar was playing video games and watching TV. He knew the man behind the counter was asleep yet he told him nothing. It took the man behind the desk a lot of effort to understand that I was placing a reservation for the weekend. No one wanted to help. So I cancelled my party of 15. The manager acted like I did him a favor for cancelling. This place needs imediate improvement. Its probably in its last leg.
