Terrible experience! I was sold a Glo Fish tank that was cracked in two corners. The cracks became more noticeable as the days went by. That was when I should have returned everything, but my daughter was so excited with her fish, I couldn't. After the 1st week, of feeding the Glo Fish multiple times a day, as I was instructed to do by a rep at the store, I prepared everything to clean the tank & was astounded by the amount of food piled up inside the tank. That was the second red flag. Needless to say, the fish passed away after reacclimating into the tank. Went to a PetSmart to buy more fish & was surprised to learn I only needed to give them a pinch of food every 2-3 days. Cleaned the tank a couple more times, each time worrying the cracks would break the whole tank. Got tired of the fish dying & the tank cracking so I went into the store with the receipt in hand, just a little over 30 days after buying everything in hopes of getting some kind of reimbursement. Left highly disappointed, with everything I came in with, just to be told I can glue the cracks & contact the manufacturer, as there's nothing the store can do. Lesson learned. I will never step foot in this store again. I get better customer service at PetSmart.

my boyfriend and I walked in only to kill time and look at the animals...luckily we fell in love with an old English bulldog, played with her in the glass case outside her kennel, and immediately bought her...she was a joy with great personality and such a bundle of happiness to our lives.. yes, the kennel has no cushion and she looked sad in there but we rescued her and we love her dearly and she loves our other dog too..the staff was very nice, sincere, knowledgeable and provided us with great service and recommended the best food they fed her and guess what, both our dogs eat the same brand of puppy food...thanks critter county junction. hopefully we'll see more of these stores should we move to another location...we will continue to buy our food there....luv ya guys. the only drawback is - there wasn't no papers on the animal purchased since it was a hybrid mix where as we had gotten papers on our other animal that was a pure bred from another location...but overall, all's great!
