I took my unit in because it need a starter they put one on in 20 min then charged 90 dollars in labor 30 inshop fees and 360 for starter 514 dollars total tk sells starter for 250 and you can order the starter on line for 95 dollars this place is a rip off!!

I am really disapointed with them right now. We brought our KW to them for APU service and after spending over $600.00 in repairs, it broke down again that evening (of course, it is Friday evening!) when we tried to use it. After calling their "emergence after-hours" number and leaving a message, we were told that we would have to wait until Monday am to have it RE- serviced. So we now have to spend the weekend in our hot truck in Tampa because they won't honor their work performed earlier in the day ??? Pretty darn shoddy if you ask me...
