There is a review on Google by Melissa Sturgis, wherein they are claiming she is me. I'M NOT MELISSA STURGIS, but she is my daughter, and we are protected under free speach, to voice our review of how your poor business practices affected us on a financial level. By not verifying your information, and not renting me a house, after being promised for more than 30 days, you cost me, and my potential co renter, thousand's of dollars. I lost my job, and had to relocate, since I had zero notice of you changing your mind about renting me the home I was currently occupying, or by placing me in a different home since you had our security deposit, therefore rendering me homeless.

You are unable to sue either of us (thanks for the threats.) for libel (not slander) since we are both telling the truth, and I have kept evidence, so that when I get the income, I can visit an attorney to discuss the situation and to review my losses. Being a bully, and not taking care of you properties /renters is what is getting you poor reviews. Your company is one of the reasons the review section on Google exists so others can be informed if a company is ethical or not, and in my experience your employees were neither ethical or professional.

Also, the person I was in dispute with was feeding you lies, and causing drama. There was no way to resolve the dispute, that didn't involve me responsible for the damage. Both your company, and her, were attempting to make me responsible for thousands of dollars of damage to the home, by the tennant, my former friend, who had occupied the home for 4 years prior to this issue, and her attempts at "repairs at 10 pm" made the place worse. Not to mention the broken refrigerator for a few months, and the toilet backing up into the house often, and for years, made the house disgusting.

There was one sided unnecessary drama, that could have been avoided, but your employees choose to create more drama, and not follow through gathering facts.

I have rented from Stress Free Property Management for nearly four years now and during that time any problems that have arisen have been promptly addressed and fixed to my satisfaction. I feel that their management staff is very caring and helpful. I would not hesitate to refer any family member or friend to Stress Free Property Management.

STAY AWAY! terrible business practices. Will 100% of the time try to take half of your security deposit. Takes forever to get a work order done. Had maintenance over 3 times to fix same running toilet and still running!! Scam company stay far away from them or else. should be able to rate 1 star! Crooks!!!!

This place is amazing, they have been nothing but helpful and polite. I told them I was going to be a little bit late on my rent and they had no problem working with me unlike most places where if you don't pay on the 1st they start the eviction process. I have had some maintenance issues and Leticia was great very sweet and got someone out to my house within the 3-5 days it was actually in 2! When I first signed my lease with Autumn she was so fun took the stress right out of signing a lease she explained it so well i didnt even have questions at the end. I got my keys and moved in. I would recommend stress free to anyone and everyone!!!

Do not use this company! They could care less about their customer/clients! Their name is a joke! The only people that are "stress free" is the people running it because they could care less what problems you are facing. It's a sad case when you are begging for help as a family of 5 and you get dismised with such cold hearts. Wish someone had warned me. Take this warning seriously... find another company!

I find it hard to believe that a company has all reviews positive. But that is not the strangest, as of today, all the "reviewers" have only written one review. I am checking the company out and find this extremely odd. Can you say, fake?
