      Our visit to dr. Proper was nothing short of superlative. I and my family have been going to Dr. Proper for many years. We would not see any other dermatologist. He is well educated, a dermatologist, MOHs surgeon and dermatopatholigist, courteous, and an excellent diagnostician and surgeon. You will find no better or more educated dermatologist. I recommend Dr. Proper without reservation. I recommend him without reservation for all dermatological needs.

      Steven Proper, MD, JD, MPH, CHRM has been practicing Dermatologic, Mohs, and Cutaneous Cosmetic Surgery in the Tampa Bay Area for 25+ years. He is Board Certified by the American Boards of Dermatology, Internal Medicine and Endocrinology and Metabolism. Dr. Proper is fellowship trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology, has a Master of Public Health in Management and Finance and is a Certified Healthcare Risk Manager. He has been elected to Fellowship in the American College of Legal Medicine and holds an appointment as Affiliate Associate Professor in Medicine (Dermatology) at the University of South Florida. He is a frequent lecturer on skin disease, skin cancer, and cosmetic dermatologic procedures.
