I’ve been a Realtor since 2002, starting out as an investor and negotiating short sales for distressed home owners that wanted to avoid foreclosure. Time sure does fly by. A Final Thought… When I entered real estate, I thought of my product as a piece of property- a parcel of land that could be sold for the right price.
