      We got a puppy and puppies and new carpet don't mix. John sold us some stain remover that removed 100% of all stains without damaging the carpet. Then we got a vacuum cleaner that works better than anything else we've ever owned all at a very reasonable price. In sum, the service, knowledge and expertise matches the quality of their product. We could not be more pleased.
