      They are difficult to find or contact. They are seldom competitive in the retail grocery markets.

      I asked several retailers of foods and beverages who the distributors for these product were-none could remember! What an unimpressive impression to make on your customer base. No wonder these brands do so poorly in the Tampa Bay area market.

      Established in 1939, Southeast-Atlantic Beverage is a beverage manufacturing company with bottling and canning plants and distribution centers in Florida and Georgia. Since its acquisition by Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, the company now has more than 25 manufacturing and bottling facilities in North America and over 250 warehouse and distribution points throughout the United States. Its premium brands include Fiji Water, Mistic and Snapple. The company s noncarbonated soft drinks include Hawaiian Punch, Orangina, Sunny Delight and Tahitian Treat. It also offers a range of carbonated soft drinks, such as 7UP, A&W, Big Red, Diet Rite, RC Cola and Sunkist. Southeast-Atlantic Beverage provides direct store sales, delivery and merchandising for retail outlets. Additionally, the company provides customers with single- and double-door vending equipment to store and sale its products. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., Southeast-Atlantic Beverage maintains a location in Tampa, Fla.
