I went to this place because it was near my home....I went to get my teeth clean. They came up with $7000 worth of dental work, and refuse to give a standard cleaning. They claim I needed a deap cleaning. They are all about the money....I walked out and contacted a "real dentist". My dentist let me know I did not need a deap cleaning.

Rip off place!

STAY AWAY from this OFFICE!!!!!!! Money over medicine....and very bad medicine at that....Try to rip you off at every point.....act like "Loan Sharks".....try to "sell you" on their services......overpriced/unnecessary

Dentist is not experienced enough to know what they can and can not do....a referral to a specialist would be in the patient's best interest.....Worst pain in life attempting to "numb" a tooth..........Never seen any dentist, IN 50 years, not know how to properly do this........WOW!!! be forewarned......

Many people have complained. Call Jackie Halloway with the news and make a report. The more people that call and report their business complaint this office will be investigated. All this insurance fraud is illegal!!!!! It took me a very long time to get my refund. I have even spoken to others who have used this place that are going through the same issues. Liiterally spent hours!!!!!!!! Michelle the office Manager is a coward! If she has a problem with me then she can call me herself!!!! Anyone needing help please reach out to me. 813-842-8277. I hate to give this dental practice even one star. I was charged for a service not even done and overcharged on other services. My dental insurance and I have been trying to get my refund $127.50 but the office manager, Michele, keeps yelling and hanging up on myself and Cigna! I have been trying now for 4 months just to get what is mine! They are crooks and the office manager is so unprofessional, rude and needs some customer service classes! I don't understand why the dentist would even want her representing his practice. Since she keeps hanging up on me, I decided to go to the office to get my refund. Michele called the cops and now I have a no trespassing. They should be arrested for stealing my hard earned money!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE!

This is a worst ever place to go and lose your money. Office and Doctor is not transparent in billing charges. I was charged for the services not rendered to me. They bill Insurance for not rendered services and get the money. Finally it goes out of my deductible. Pls never ever go to Smile bright dental.

Stay away from this office! As others have stated they are all about money and not patient care. Walked out when provided the treatment plan.

I had the worst experience today. I went as my earlier root canal treatment had infection beneath and need to go for re-root canal. Dr Patel came and asked for Debridement Cleaning. When the assistant came, I asked her about the cleaning process and she mentioned that the cleaning is for normal gum disease. Assistance failed to explain as how this would heal my infection beneath the tooth. When I checked online, debridement process normally takes 1 hour and it includes cleaning above and below the gum line. but mine was done in 10 min with just superficial cleaning. Above all, they charged extra on top of my insurance for same. when i asked lady on front desk, as I didn't feel the treatment is right and it wasn't done below the gums, she felt very offensive and tried to be rude. Please stay away from this business. they just want to make money and don't care about the patients.

This dental office is known for over charging, a year full of headaches with just 3 visits. They are not interested in helping you figure out what went wrong, just interested in collecting money. Make sure you know exactly what work they are doing to your teeth, they will start a new project and tell you nothing. They asked me to sign paperwork while I was having work done in the dental chair, why because then you are not paying attention to what they are charging you. Cleaning = more than $250 and thats just for 1/4 of your mouth(LL,LR,UL,UR). In total $1000 0_o FOR WHAT CLEANING!

i'm extremely pleased!! From the front office to the back..... every one was so kind and caring. i came in because I had a horrible tooth ache, my previous dentist told me I needed a root canal, but in fact This office told me I just needed to crown my tooth only. They crowned my tooth and cleaned my teeth in the same day.The Hygienist was wonderful! The Dr and the staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable! I HIGHLY recommend this office to all my family and friends :)

Do not go here! From the receptionist to the dentist Dr patel. The worst experience I have ever had . They will take your money quickly then treat you like crap. After having teeth removed the receptionist came back and screamed at me.unbelievable! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. And if you don't oh well you where warned.

Im so happy with this dental office! I have had the opportunity to visit all 3 offices due to my busy work schedule and have nothing bad to say about the staff or the doctors here! They have been very cooperative with my traveling work schedule, and I couldn't ask for a better Dental office! Very flexible and comforting. Thank you Smile bright dental!

I will Never GO HERE AGAIN or tell anyone I know to go here. The denist may be good but that nasty office manager with those thick witch long nails is a b*tch, and folks thats who you have to deal with. She is classless nasty and condisending all at the same time. That poor dentist is losing tons of business I'm sure unless he fires that b*tch. I was here on vacation had tooth pain and had to deal with her. She sounded drunk - sluring her words at 11:00 am.. never again. She is a MONEY HUNGRY B*T*H

I disagree with everything you posted, maybe you have a fear of denistry or just cannot accept the truth. SLEAZY? they are a very classy operation -from the way the office is designed to the way the patients are treated by the staff. Maybe you have the wrong office but I have been a patient since they opened. I have had them reconstruct my entire mouth and could not be happier : ) I would never dream of going to another dentist I am 100% satisfied and very grateful fo all the work they did on me. They did not as you say "rip me off" and as a matter of fact - they worked with me and let me pay off my bill a little ata time as they were doing my work.. I truly believe you are talking of the wrong office, maybe you went to bright smile...they suck!!!!!

This dentist was a rip off- I went in with tooth pain and he claimed that I needed $800 worth of teeth cleaning even after I informed them that I had my teeth cleaned 2 weeks ago. They wanted to do all this unneccessary work and charge me $ 5,600. I paid my $10 co-pay and called my insurance company to complained that they tried to overcharge me double the amount allowed by my plan- they were nasty, inconsiderate and very sleazy- Never go there!!
