The process of creating my signs took much longer than it needed to -- almost 1 1/2 months, and I didn't have anything unusual or large in volume. I found that the non-managerial employees there were unprofessional and unorganized. For ex., although I had signed off on my proofs over a week prior (after going through 2 painful rounds of changes to correct very basic layout errors), I received a msg. from an employee asking me to sign off on my proofs because it was holding up the creation of the signs. I asked that I be notified when the installer would be coming out to be sure that I was onsite, and I was never called. When the installer did come out to install my graphics, (after he called me from the store at 8 am. and I had to quickly get over there) I saw they were incorrect and called them about the error. To their credit they did produce new graphics fairly quickly, but once again I asked that I be notified when the installer was coming out and once again I was not. Not good.

From the initial phone conversation I felt very comfortable and my expectations were exceeded when I saw the quality of the finished product.
