The eggrolls are fried to taste like they are burned, not flakely, too much dough and not enough cabbage,w/ bland taste I have tried at least 5 different times to order from here, see it would have made a difference, and it did not.This is my last time I order from here .

Yesterday I was looking for a good Chinese food take-out place to have dinner. Didn't care about what the restaurant looked like, just cared about how the food tasted. On my way home from work I caught a slight glimpse of the Shang Hai, a Chinese restaurant . Despite having traveled the road everyday for years this was the first time I ever noticed it. Since it wasn't far from my house, I had to give it a try.As i give my order to the counter, i was able to observed the place. The restaurant's atmosphere isn't much out of the ordinary for a typical Chinese restaurant. It does actually have a good sized dining room so you can eat there. The restaurant is rather clean, certainly better than a lot I've been in. It's obvious you don't go there for a complicated atmosphere. Within 5 minutes I got my food. I decided to stay here for a dinner. As i took my order, I never expected it would be a mouth watering dumplings. It was simple dumplings but when you taste it... Yummy
