During tropcal storm Debby I had water intrusion into my bedroom and florida room. The carpet by the wall was sopping wet. I called Srve Pro on a Sunday evening and Brian and his crew responded Monday morning. By Wednesday you would not know there had been any water. It was dry and everything was back in its place. No mess whatsever. I would not hesitate to recommened them or to call them again (God forbid) if needed.

Servpro fo South Tampa came out to clean my rugs which hadn't been cleaned for 3 yrs and they did an excellent job. Rug looked like it was brand new again.

They removed the mold, painted under the house with an anit mold paint and put a vapor barrier down, all in a timely manner and explained the process clearer. I also liked the itemized invoice. After a water incident in our home that flooded three bedrooms, the hallway and living room, Servpro of South Tampa (Brian & Jessica) were a godsend. They arrived promptly and mitigated further damage and worked very well with our insurance company. They explained everything that they were doing and worked to make sure we were satisfied. The first day they didn't leave until well past 10:00 PM, but they wanted to make sure they could abate mold and mildew from taking hold and they did. They monitored the status of the machines they left daily and continued to help us with the cleanup by arranging for a Packrat.
