      Called to see if some expensive piano's were in stock for a purchase, and sat on "hold" for over 5 minutes with no one responding.......... There are other retailers available. Perhaps they'll like the color of my cash.

      This store is outstanding.They understand the customers needs without excuses.They are not just about making money they care about there customers.Customer service,Sales,Retention.You will not find a better store.I do not know any store that can stand customers like me.Always taking things back because i dont have the right sound im looking for.Sam ash cares.They rock!
