Very dissatisfied with their quality of work. My classic car was taken in for rear brakes and some other minor things. It ended up being there 2 days. Went to pick it up first day got about 4 blocks and same problem. Ended up taking it back. Picked it up next day and was told it was finished. Was promised that the brake drums were cut and ended up putting new springs on brake shoes. All this took 4 trips and I don't live close by. Purchased new tires the following week from another business which allow me to remove rear brake drums to check on work done. To my surprise there was still a lot of brake dust and very dirty. Next the brake drums were never cut. No lube on the back of shoes and backing plate and adjuster had not been cleaned and lubicated. The brakes also needed to be re-adjusted. There were fingerprints left on the car. Always check on work done. I was told by several people how great this place was. This is one place that will never see me or get a good reference.

I left my car to have the brakes replaced. I have 4 disc brakes. I was quoted a price of $538.00 if all had to be replaced. I told Gary he had my permission to do a complete brake job if it was needed. Gary called me and said the rear disc brakes looked almost like new and for $65.00 he could turn the front roters and the problem would be solved. They could have charged me $538.00 dollars but the cost was only $65.00. With the money that was saved, Running Great Auto sold me a set of tires at a fair cost. A set of tires that I needed badly. Running Great Auto is run by honest people. They'll be getting future business from my family.

I have been going to Running Great for over 10 years and was happy until last year or so. Wow the place has went down hill to the point that I will never go back again. It started when they changed the oil in my wifes car but didn't and we caught them on it. Next we had the brakes changed and they charged us for full service but didn't do anything with the front roters but we were charged for it. Then we took it for a/c recharge and they did, a/c was working fine when we brought it in just not as cold but 2 days after recharge it quit completely. Took it back to them and they said oh it has a leak in the line that was noted last time we charged it. !!! I always do what they recomend and if they said there is a leak I would have fixed it. But they charged it and said nothing and let it run out and when I brought it back they tried to say it was noted on my bill, don't you read your reciept is all the could say... I pay you to fix my car not hunt through your so called note on the bill

I have been taking my 1985 Toyota MR2 with 213,000 miles on it for over 2 years now to Running Great Auto. Running Great has put in a new A/C unit, a clutch, (which was the original with 196,000 miles on it) a fuel pump and a set of tires to name a few things.
