One of the things I like most about Bayside roofing is that Patrick Hloska kept to his word. He mentioned certain things about the new roofing job that we felt were not exactly spelled out in the contract so I was a little leery at first, but during the entire process he comforted us, answered my repeated phone calls and assured us. I know I am not an easy customer please, in the end we are happy with the work Bayside provided.

My grandmother moved into an assisted living facility. Before we could sell her house it needed a new roof. Bayside gave us three options to choose from based on our budget. We just bought our home and was assured the roof was safe. After five days of heavy rain leaks started to come from the ceiling. We contacted Patrick at Bayside and when he came out to see the way the ceiling was painted it was covering up previously leaks. We had no idea this when we bought the house. Luckily they found there was no damage to the wood and the fix was fairly cheap A little less than $2000. We were thinking we would need a whole new roof had spend five times that. Bayside did a fine job and we would have not known the truth about our roof if we had not contacted them.
