AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! He held my Camaro for 3 months and never touched my car. I tried to get my car back and he charged me 2 grand in garage fees!! He doesn't even guarantee his work!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I wish I would have done research before I came to this man. He is a scam artist and will overcharge the crap out of you on work he doesn't even guarantee. He will keep your car for a minimum of 2 months before he even gets around to your vehicle. I will be trying to press charges on this shop. His attitude is nasty and he will kick you out of his shop if you try and go and check up on your vehicle. After 2 months I went to take my vehicle out of the shop because he hadn't even started, and he tried to charge garage fees and all other types of made up B.S. He is a scam artist and I will make sure that he is black listed from any Government personnel!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

I took my car to Ronnie's shop and what a mistake. Started out 6 weeks and 12,000$. After he took the Mustang we agreed to do more work than was first agreed, the estimate was increased to 17,300$ and 6 MONTHS. After seeing my car sit for two or three weeks at a time without being touched he missed the deadline. We added a month and he missed that deadline. It is know more than eight MONTHS and my Mustang is not finished. Once Ronnie gets your car his priorities change from your project to acquiring new projects. He is not concerned about my car and complaining is a waste of time he might do good work but be prepared. When after a few weeks he suggested that I put gas STABLISER in my car I knew I had made a mistake.

I took my 2006 custom dodge Charger to Ronnie Setser's Oct.11, 2011 for some minor repairs covered by Ins.- Mr. Setser thus far has been paid by my Ins. company $8000.00 more than what it would have cost if I had the whole car painted- I went and looked @ my vehicle 12/05/2011 it had spots of bondo on some areas and was not even close to being finished- mind you (this car was not in a collission) I spoke with him and he told me to call him on Thurs. 9 and he could tell me when it would be finished and if I wanted to pick my vehicle up and take it somewhere else I could - "OK" I will deduct for all the work you've done and you would owe me the balance of the 8 grand he said "well, you'll have to pay me for storage, assessment fees, paperwork etc... then if there is any $ left I will give that to you".On the initial est. from the Insurance my damages only came out to $3000.00 he has managed to collect $5000.00 more and so far has done maybe a 1/4 of the work! Bottom Line -Don't take your vehicle to this man!!!! Not to mention all of the judgements against this man. Wish I would have looked him up first!
