0Cream of the crop here. When I first met with this company I told them I would never use only 1 company on my roofs, due to previous issues of one company not being able to respond, contingencies, etc. They told it it's their job to prove me wrong. Well, one year later, they have. RAMCON is the only company I use anymore. I guess you could say they made me a believer.

Great job by a great company with great people. These are the only people we let on our roofing systems. I highly recommend them!
Dealing with their customer service representatives has not been an easy task. I had a simply dispute on an invoice and the person I dealt with was rude and not very courteous. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

We used Ramcon to fix an emergency leak in our lobby. They showed up very quickly, were extremely professional, and repaired the leak in about half an hour. Very thorough and very well mannered. A+ for exceeding our expectations.
