We had a horrible experience with South Tampa Puppy Palace this weekend. They do not have an ounce of compassion for dogs or their owners! They were completely uncaring and unreasonable. Please do not take your dog there!! My dogs are traumatized and so am I! My vacation was ruined because I was so sick with worry!!!

Horrible! Do NOT take your dog to this dreadful place! They have ZERO kindness towards dogs or their owners. My dogs were essentially kidnapped by these people while I was on vacation and powerless to rescue them. They refused to speak to me on the phone for days and would not release my dogs to anyone else despite me making every offer of money and times for pick up. I literally begged them and they had no compassion for me or my dogs who I told them would be terrified being boarded there. My dogs came home very thirsty and filthy every time they went there for day care. And it stinks terribly there. If you love your dog, do not take them to those awful people.

I regularly take my pup Aida to the Tampa Puppy Palace. I rescued Aida when she was 6 months old and had been abused by her previous owner. Because of this, Aida did not want to be around any humans. I was told by a few friends who use the Tampa Puppy Palace that it was a great way to help Aida get socialized. I was hesitant at first because Aida does not trust anyone. I decided to give it a try as I knew it was in Aidas best interest to socialize with other dogs and be around humans who would not harm her. On our first day, we were greeted by the nicest people. They understood Aidas fears and were so patient with her! I was pleasantly surprised to see Aida so at ease and excited to be around people. Now after going to South Tampa Puppy Palace for 2 years, I can say that Aida has matured so much and no longer fears humans at all because of the staff at the Puppy Palace. They really have helped her to be her most comfortable self. I would recommend this business 100%!!!!!

I had never heard of a doggie daycare until my neighbor told me. My dog is so excited on the days she goes. On days she doesn't go she pouts and wont eat. The office staff are very friendly and the facility is very clean. What an awesome place to bring your dog to socialize and get good exercise

My two labs love going to puppy palace and all of the staff is so great! Having two labs... well they have so much energy and Puppy Palace keeps them so busy all day that they are calm when I pick them up :) I especially like being able to view them via a web camera while they play in the pool with other dogs or when they are in their suite when need I board them. Thank you Stacy, Brian, Joeseph, Carlos and the rest of the crew for taking such good care of my babies!

Puppy Palace is absolutely amazing. We took both of our puppies there for years while we lived in Tampa and our dogs loved to go there whether daycare or boarding. We always had the peace of mind while we were out of town knowing that our doggies were in good hands. Friendly staff, wonderful facility,wish we could have taken Puppy Palace with us when we moved!

My dogs' favorite place--they LOVE to go there! When I leave the house, they're right behind me so that they can be dropped off at the Puppy Palace. The staff are great--good with dogs, friendly and helpful with the people...and I have been very, very happy with the way my dogs are taken care of. My golden retriever especially LOVES the puppy pool and has a hard time leaving at the end of a hot day. I am SO very glad that we've found Puppy Palace! I know that, whether day care or boarding, my dogs have people there who love them like I do.

South Tampa Puppy Palace is true to it's mission statement. You're greeted with a friendly, helpful, informative staff and at the end of the day leave with a happy, well cared for, socialized pet. Our dog LOVES them.

$40 for full groom package w/ day car for the remainder of the day which is nice but I told the front desk I wanted my puppy to swim,to go in the pool. They let me booked the appt on satuarday and when I picked him up and asked how'd he do in the pool? "oh we only use the pool during the week" now why didn't she say that before I paid $40 >=| then when I got my puppy he looked as if he was clean,trimed but not groomed.he had tons of hair on him. I ever gave the groomer a picture to look at,therefore I don't see why there was an misunderstanding.

We have been taking our dog to the Puppy Palace for over a year and have had nothing but great experiences. They do a fantastic job with Doggy Day Care, Grooming, Boarding, and Training. Our Dog is part of the family there and everyone that works there knows his name and loves him. We know he is in good hands when we travel and not having to worry is a great thing. The whole staff is phenominal, so much in fact that many of them have made their way onto our Christmas List. We highly reccommend the Puppy Palace to anyone looking for help with their Dog's needs.

I have been going to the puppy palace for years. The place is under new owners and management. They have made so many improvements in the last month it does not even look like the same place. From the pool, the new fields to the grooming area. I was happy with them before now i am overjoyed to see people that care as much as they do, to put the work and improvements in they are. I love the fact that the staff seem to really love there job and animals. I feel truly blessed to have found this place.

I would leave my kids here if I had any. My yellow lab, LOVES the PUPPY PALACE. When we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited to get in and play. The staff is great and I am completely at ease leaving him for the day. I know that he is not only being supervised, but well cared for and loved. The Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They show real concern and love for the animals. The new manager Richard is great and a treat to deal with. The changes that have been made in the past month make the place look and feel like it is a new kennel. The Pool and yard are the BEST in tampa hands down. I am blessed to have found a place as great as this one to care for my baby.

Beautiful facility!! I am highly impressed with what the Puppy Palace has to offer. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. They treated my dog like one of their own. I had to board my dog for two weeks, and she stayed in a beautiful suite which I got to watch anytime I wanted through Internet access. She also was outside during the day in daycare and even got to swim in the new dog pool. I felt very comfortable leaving my baby in their care. Definetly a great experience!!
