If you do as little as answer a phone call from this company, they will send you product you didn't order and bill you for it and refuse to send a return shipping label to send it back. They will tell you they are going to send a sample and then bill you for it. This company is by far the worst I've ever done business with. They are very difficult and extremely unprofessional.
