My personal experience as a customer of Play-it-again Sports has most definitely been very positive.The employees are professional,courteous and helpful.I just recently purchased a Stamina 1300 exercise bike, and, so far, I've not had a problem with it.I was assured that in the event of a problem,I can return it for an exchange or for repair.Of course,I failed to mention at the beginning of this comment that I am not a first time customer to this particular store in Britton Plaza.I would definitely refer other customers here.
