      Items delivered on-time, however, breadsticks were hard as a rock--totally inedible. Attempted to call the store to make a complaint, but calls by the listed number go to a central ordering location. I believe it's Memphis TN. Nonetheless, after complaint was made, customer care representative placed the order again but indicated it would be 25 minutes longer than the original order to be re-delivered. Unacceptable.
