on the other hand, i have taken my dogs to get groomed at petsville 5 times within the year and have had great results. Petsville actually grooms better than petsmart. I haven't tried their boarding service yet but the prices are extremely reasonable.

Brought my three dogs in to be groomed, two large, one small. one of my large dogs is a senior with hip issues and they accommodated him and listened to me with my concerns, i really appreciated the knowledge and care they showed toward my pets. Price was also pretty decent for all three. It s really a hidden jewel!

I hate to write this review given that at one point in time I was pleased with their services, however since that first time I have not been happy at all and I can guarantee that I will no longer go back there again.



I co own a puppy who has a beautiful fluffy coat. Initially we got the mini cut where they kept his coat beautiful & fluffy and they trimmed his fur while maintaining the integrity of breed / coat.



Since then it's gone down hill. We've taken him to get a bath& brush special, which we got our puppy back damp.



Then we got a full cut where they shaved him completely down and scooped all the hair out of his face when we specially told them not to.



The final straw was when we gave them verbal & text instructions with photos from what they did last and he came back with his fur shaved down on his face and completely uneven.



I could understand if the fur was damaged or matted but he's brushed and groomed by us daily. We even got compliments from them about how they could tell we groom him.



Not to mention my puppy who's normally very cheerful & friendly now cries when he comes inside. He drags his feet and shakes once they try to take him to the back. Of course I cannot conclude what has happened but its a major red flag in addition to how they do not follow directions.



I'm unsure what the problem may be, or how we are lost in translation but unfortunately I'll have to find a groomer who can respect our wishes.
