I went in with a BSOD problem. The Employee was very helpful and listened to everything I had to say. He wasn't able to get my PC in right away to look at it, but we discussed the problem and he suggested a part to fix it along with other follow-up solutions. I replaced the part and did as he suggested, and my PC hasn't crashed since. It's good to know there is an alternative to Geek Squad's Prepaid advice in the Tampa area.

Absolutely the best! Great diagnosis, great cooperation, great service. Definitely worth the money---and I think the price is reasonable compared to paying a lower price and not having everything repaired properly. I will never use any other computer service. What a great place.

I had to get my computer fixed within 5 hours due to a test I had to take for college. My computer would not even turn on and other companies told me I should take it to PCG. I decided to bring it to Performance Computer Group and they informed me that it was possible to get it fixed within a couple of hours. I went and had lunch and ran som errands and got a phone call 2 hours later saying they fixed the motherboard and it was ready to go. I was so excited and pleased with the customer service with this company. I recommend all my friends to go see these guys for anything computer related. Thanks again PCG!!!

I first discovered PCG when my company was using them for IT set-up and support. They were always very reliable. When my personal computer went on the fritz, I took it to them, and was not disappointed. They were quick, knowledgable, and friendly. I will be in the market for a new computer within the next year and plan on coming to them first for that purchase and any other computer problems I encounter.

I was extremely impressed with PCG. I am a one-person small business so my laptop is critical to me, and I do not have any of my own technical support. When I needed a new laptop, I decided to PCG. PCG advised me about which laptop I should buy, how to configure it, and then they did everything for me. I have been very impressed with my new laptop, and it meets my specific needs well. Furthermore, I am not a technical person so PCG was able to translate all of my business needs into the technical requirements that gave me the laptop I needed. Additionally, I purchased gold-level 3-yr support, and PCG has been very responsive so far in addressing my questions.

Local speciality businesses are not dead.... neither is customer service. I've bought 2 computers from this group and have had three others repaired that I had bought at other retailers. They are set up for fixing about anything. The larger retailers are just not equipped to handle complex computer repairs. I have my life on my computer including pictures of my family... Every experience with PCG has saved my data!!! However, the most important thing... they have always made it right... you can't always fix everything the first time when it comes to a computer problem... I've had to bring a few items in for a follow-up... they have always made it right by me...

I have had several computers fixed here and they have always done a fantastic job for me . The last issue was with my laptop, it was not powering up, I was traveling in Atlanta so I took it to a local computer store up there. They told me it was going to cost several hundred to fix so I said forget it, I did not want to spend the money. I decided to wait until I got back to Tampa to just buy a new laptop from PCG. When I got there and started talking to the owner he suggested before I purchased a new laptop I let them check out my old laptop. I told him there was no point because it was too expensive to fix, but he persisted so I brought it in. Guess What after they looked at it they told me it was just a bad AC Adapter and offered to sell me one for $59. I was so blown away by the fact that this company had an opportunity to make money off selling me a new computer but instead did the right thing and was Honest. I ended up buying the new laptop anyway, What the Heck it was goo

I have purchased several laptops here and have been very happy. They have a large selection and their prices are great. They also fixed an issue with my Moms computer and only charged for an hour of labor, It was a problem she had been having for a while and she had taken it to another place and they were not able to fix even after having the computer for 3 weeks.

These guy's are awesome!! I have had them fix my computers both at the house and in their shop. The people are really knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Believe it our not they work toward the best solution at the lowest possible price and inconvenience to their customers!! If you need computer repairs, call them!
