I have several properties in Tampa, Land O Lakes, and Spring Hill that Rent Solutions rents and manages for me. I am living in south fl now so I needed a company to take care of everything for me and they have done a fantastic job. My agent Roberto has rented all my properties within 3 weeks. He gives me monthly updates and has been able to get very fair prices on repairs. This is my third management company and by far the most competent. He also possesses an outstanding knowledge of the market trends in the Tampa area and has been able to both purchase and sell at optimal prices. Rent Solutions is extremely unprofessional in the fact that they do not respond to maintenance requests- ever, and never return calls unless it involves rent, which they will claim they do not receive just so they can have a reason to keep the deposit. The only positive thing I have to say about them is one of their property managers, Ralph, was realistic and the most professional employee that they have.
