I visited the urgent care after two horrible experiences elsewhere. The front office staff was very professional and I was taken care of quickly. The x-ray tech and the girl who came into the room prior to the P.A. were very nice and professional. The P.A. (I can't remember his name) was wonderful. He took time to listen to what happened and my concerns, he checked out my foot and educated me on the x-rays. Most importantly, he gave me choices when it came to my treatment and he let me decide what was best for me (this has not been my experience elsewhere). The girl who gave me my boot did a really good job of educating me on how to use it and she made sure I was comfortable before I left. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the care that I received.
