The side of their truck says "Guided by Christian Principles". It should really say "Guided by No Principles". Slogans are just words, but it is deeds that count. Less than one year after Northside installed a new $6,000 A/C system, roofers installing a new roof drove a nail through the copper lines in the attic. The lines were not to code and actually touching the underside of the roof sheathing. Northside came out to make repair and said they were not responsible because they had reused the old lines when they installed the new unit; what a surprise! They then charged $781 for one hour work to repair. Northside said the roofers should taken more care. They are the ones that should have taken more care to make sure the lines to which they were attaching the new equipment was to code. When asked how they could charge over $500 per hour labor they said it was a flat rate no matter how long they are there. Yeah flat out shameful.

We had a burning smell coming from our A/C unit. We called Northside services. They sent someone out the next day and that was Lebron. He was so professional, helpful and explained everything to us that he was doing.He found out what was wrong with our unit and fixed it. We are so thankful for Lebron and Northside service because we didn't feel safe in the home with the burning smell with our two small kids and my wife being pregnant. Now we are thankful that is taken care of and feel safe again. Truly was a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a great, reliable and professional company.

Andrew was very pleasant to deal with. He was very courteous and explained everything very well. I felt that he finished the work in a timely manner and did a great job.

North side services did an excellent job replacing my 2 air conditioners. Andrew and Amaury, we're professional and courteous. They were able to help me with all of my questions and concerns.

We were extremely please with Northside Services because they came and installed a new A/C unit exactly as they said they would. By that I mean that they came when they said they would! They worked continually until the job was done. Everything was done professionally. They left no mess for us to cleanup and no damage to our home. EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!!!!!

Our home A/C system went out....Peter and Ben from Northside Services arrived promptly, were kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable! They installed the new system quickly and left the work area neater than how they found it! I would highly recommend this company and would personally request these particular installers again!

Northside Services responded quickly to my request for plumbing service due to a broken valve leading to a shower. Jason, the plumbing manager, arrived on time, fixed the problem, and the total cost was only $106. I work in real estate and will recommend them to my clients. For my business, I have used several other companies, but all overcharged and were less efficient. I highly recommend Northside and Jason.

Matthew was the technician who performed the yearly maintance on my a/c unit. He was very courteous, punctual, professional, but most importantly very knowledgable. He took his time explaining everything to me, which I found to very helpful. I would certainly recommend him to others.

TJ and Andrew were super efficient, super nice, hard working and very friendly. They work very well together and make a great team. They arrived first thing in the morning and worked diligently and finished the project much earlier than expected. They had a way of making us feel very comfortable and that they were completely in control. Wonderful guys who did a great job for us! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Service technician was on time, professional, and very efficient. He represented his company well and provided a quality service. Very impressed!

I have worked with the professionals at Northside for years. This opportunity encompassed completely replacing the duct work for my air conditioning system. I could not be any more pleased with the results. I do need to add two additional people, James Thornsberry, the air quality specialist who identified the need for the project and Andrew, an installer whose photo was not available. The gentlemen who completed the job went out of their ways NOT to intrude on my day. They worked relentlessly to complete the project on a miserably hot and humid day and in a timely manner. All three of the installers, Andrew, Ben and Amauri WORKED. I would recommend Northside and their professionals to anyone!

James came out to perform a yearly maintenance service on my central a/c unit on Monday morning 10/1/2014. He phoned me before getting here and began his job as soon as he arrived. He appeared to perform his duties well and he got finished so as not to delay either of us. I would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Excellent, honest service. I'm always given several service options to keep my A/C units running in good condition yet in a non "up sale" way. Technicians are always friendly, polite and respectful of your home. One of my favorite things about your service is the shoe covers!
