      The staff at the Apollo beach location are COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I had taken my daughter to get her hair cut and returned about six weeks later for a hair consult for myself. When it came time to schedule my next appoinment, I was taked to the back to schedule, and saw the notes left under my profile. The note left was,"Remind her of the no child policy. Her child is the DEVIL." I understand salons may have a preferance of no children, but to write such nasty comments in their professional schedule records is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER GET MY HAIR DONE THERE AGAIN.

      Amazing salon, for a relatively reasonable price. Best color and cut that I have ever had. Truly cared about the end result and how I looked. Will definitely go back and highly recommend New Identities to others!!
