In making our reservation, you were extremely easy to work with via paypal and email. You remembered some of the small details we discussed, like adding extra chair pads to boost up the little ones, even after I had forgotten them! I especially appreciated your patience and understanding when car trouble caused us to be delayed in arriving to the party, and you were there right on time as promised. We appreciated your reliability and dependability, and your willingness to dropoff and pickup the chairs on the same day from our outdoor venue.
