Akash was wonderfully helpful. I arrived a little early and he was right there to welcome me in. He seemed to know right away what the problem was. Was also kind and proactive enough to suggest software upgrades that were desperately needed!!! I can't wait to get my "new and clean" PC. You guys are terrific.
