Very courteous and professional. Quoted a very fair price to replace my ancient A/C unit. He even made suggestions of additional ventilation to be made in order to run A/C better. Came out the next day and installed. Was thoughtful enough to lay some protection on floor to prevent scratching. I like the warranty for the parts and the service. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
