Overly priced for low quality. Purchased a "Ashley" bed frame, dresser, and mirror. I was told furniture would be in 3 weeks from time it was ordered. That was a lie. It arrived the following week. And I wasn't informed that it was in. When I went to pick it up only the bed frame and dresser was there. The dresser was damaged out of the box: broken leg, drawers broken off track. The paint job on the head board is the worse! After expressing that I was not pleased and exposing the damage the store manager did nothing or than tell me to expect a call from "Ken" because it has a lifetime warranty. That was two weeks ago. Still no mirror & still no call from "Ken." I would NEVER purchase a pencil from this place ever again. They don't value their customers or stand behind the quality of their product!

I will never do business with this place and will never recommend them to my network of friends and co-workers. Wife and I came here about a month ago. We were in the market for a memory foam mattress and a couch set. We dealt with someone named Domingo which he apparently wears many hats from Sales person, to Sales manager to eventually a store manager. He was nice in the beginning. We had questions and he answered them. We actually left because we had to think twice. We came back 2 weeks later and ready to buy. First red flag was that my wife specifically wanted a mattress which Domingo said was available in stock when it was time for us to pick it up, it wasn't available and we were forced to take a different mattress. Big mistake. Another mistake was when we asked him about the couch set if it doesn't workout for us because of size or color or whatever, he said we can return it for exchange. I know for sure he mentioned this because my wife as the one who asked and we wouldn't jump on this if it wasn't exchangeable. So we decided to move forward. We receive our couch set 2 weeks later. And guess what, we wanted to exchange the couch set. Called Domingo the same day we got the couch and to my surprise he said we can't return it or exchange it. I reasoned with him several times and he basically accused me of making up stories about him saying we can exchange it. Even when I pointed out that my wife was there listening and even asking about that. I can't believe such company doesnt have a return or exchange policy I mean what kind of business is that? I went ahead and looked at our contract and had my wife call Domingo back this time though to let him know we are cancelling our lease contract. His demeanor change. I'm pretty sure it was because he was talking to my wife and because we are not in a position to cancel our contract and cut business with them. He immediately came back on the phone after placing us on hold and giving us the round around to buy us time and said, "We don't want you guys to cancel your contract. We'll take care of you guys and exchange the couch set for you. We also dont want you to pay any cancellation fees" all of a sudden he's back to the first Domingo we met. This guy Domingo thought he can just take advantage of us because we are young and in our mid-20's. He forgot we are educated young couple who can READ are also familiar with business and sales. We decided to cancel our contract the next day and called the leasing company. They told us that they are NO fees to cancel and we have every right to cancel and terminate our business if we wanted too. Once again sales guy, manager whoever he is, is flat out wrong and lying. As I mentioned above, take your business somewhere else. If you need to come here out of desperation, please deal with someone anybody besides Domingo. It's true what they say with people in sales, they'll say and do anything just to get your money but they don't have the customer service to back it up. I will be making reports to BBB, FTC and RipoffReport. Companies like these need to be audited especially their folks.*** UPDATED REVIEWS BASED ON OWNERS RESPONSE *** There was definitely no misunderstanding on my end. Maybe on Domingo but not with me and my wife. We know what we heard and he specifically said we can exchange it and return it. No misunderstanding this response from the owner is completely watered down and downplayed. They even called me after I posted my review a day later and basically defended their case. I wouldn't do business with this place. -- I've initiated my complaints with respected companies who will do their audit.

I highly recommend Mattress And Furniture Super Center. My family and I love the furniture, especially the great deals/prices on good quality, stylish furniture. We are repeat customers. We recently bought a new sectional and we just bought our new dining set.We all LOVE our new dining room set and our beautiful sectional!!! Thank you for keeping the prices and the customer service outstanding...LOVE this store and David (our salesman) was very helpful and really took care of us. Thank you! My husband and I purchased a bedroom set complete with mattress and box spring, as well as a children's bunk bed with two mattresses, on Sunday for delivery Wednesday. We were told there was a chance that the truck would come in too late in the day on Wednesday to have the furniture delivered the same day, and we were asked if we would be ok with delivery Thursday, if that was the case. I said this was fine, as my children wouldn't be here until Friday. They called us yesterday and left a voicemail stating that something had happened with the truck and the delivery had been postponed. We wouldn't be receiving the items until Saturday, when the bunk bed was delivered. Since the other items were already at the warehouse, I demanded that they at least deliver what they could to fulfill the order partially and see what they could do to rush the truck. They refused to make two deliveries and refused to attempt to resolve the issue with the bunk bed arriving the day after my children. So unless I can pick up the mattresses myself, my family will be sleeping on the floor until Saturday night. Since it was getting rather late in the day, I had my husband go to pick up our mattress at least, figuring we'd get the kids mattresses tomorrow morning and we'd be better off than the floor. So my husband drives over there, gets the set, calls an uberXL (we don't have a truck, hence the need for delivery) and brought home the set. They get it in our bedroom, and I let out a sigh of relief as I collapsed on the bed. But I instantly knew something was wrong. This was not the same mattress we had chosen in store. So my husband heads back to the store, which required that I provide photographic evidence of THEIR mistake, instead of taking my husbands word for it. Then, after many apologies, the only thing this company offered us was to bring the correct mattress Saturday with the rest of the items. I am livid, and I am considering canceling our entire purchase. Consider carefully before purchasing your furniture here, as they'd rather let your children sleep on the floor than make an extra delivery.

When we moved into our new home, we purchased all our furniture from Mattress & Furniture Super Center.We bought a bedroom set, a beautiful color and the look of suede- living room set, end tables and lamps, a stylish dining room set (retro 1960 s looking, love it!!)and a unique kitchen table that was made of stone and wood, just perfect for the kitchen! The customer service was super friendly, courteous and very helpful all around. I am happy and very pleased to say that the delivery was on time!!! Right now I am looking for a recliner for my 88 yr old mother, she needs a new one - they have great choices, styles and prices-I really LOVE the customer service that you just can t find anywhere else- I highly recommend Mattress & Furniture Super Center! It s THE BEST IN TAMPA!!! :)
