The employee called me a "d**k", after they screwed up the order that they delivered late.

Pathetic, rude, and abusive.
Placed the order at 5:30 Sunday evening, was told 45 minutes, she pulled up at about 6:20 - fair enough, no big deal, she was nice, and busy, and was quickly on her way.
All's well so far, open up the pizza and find it's a little different from what we ordered, but actually not far off, so we dig in. Not bad, undercooked a bit and not much flavor to the sauce, but the banana peppers were an unexpected (because we didn't order them...) treat. Thin NY-enough style for FL, if any's left over it should re-heat well and be much better when I let it get crisp in my oven tomorrow.
We open up the 2 appetizers and find uncooked (technically not so, since they're crinkle-cut pre-cooked crap from a freezer-bag, but they were greasy, limp, and cold) fries, and the fried mushrooms we ordered looked suspiciously like chicken wings... Oh well, the wings certainly weren't what we ordered, but they weren't too spicy nor completely cold, so, now close to an hour from when we ordered, we just keep eating.

Then the phone rings. It's Mama's.

Mama's guy says: "I think she dropped off the wrong order".
Me: "OK, that explains it. We're well into the pizza and halfway through the wings, and the uncooked fries are under the broiler as we speak".
Mama's guy (gruffly): They're not uncooked they're just not well-done."
Me: "Actually they're... nevermind, I'm not gonna argue with you. Why are you calling?"
Mama's guy: "We're gonna have her switch out the orders. Why you gotta be a d**k?"
Me: (Me laughing...) I hang up and say to my friends "see you on social media, Mama"...
