This is by far the best auto repair shop we have ever been to. We were very satisfied with the extreme professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and customer service we experienced. It was our first time going there and will definitely not be the last. We had a free diagnostic done and will be taking it back soon. Victor helped us throughout the whole process, which was very quick and he not only assured us that our vehicle was in excellent hands, but that our vehicle would be repaired by the best and for the best prices. Early this afternoon, Mad Hatter took care of my muffler problems with ease. They were very friendly and curteous, but most of all, honest! Such a rare thing in this world, to find a mechanic shop so dedicated to customer service. I am a single mother of 3, with a budget. My 1998 TOYOTA COROLA, overheated coming back from visiting my parents in Clearwater. Went on superpages and got quotes from two other companies. Mad hatters price was right, but more important was that they care, an took time to explained the problem and assisted me with towing the car to their shop. I normally don't take the time to comment. but again they really went out of their way. Gratefully a new customer
