Lyric has managed my home in North Tampa for about 6 years. I have had a good experience and would highly recommend them. Lyric had a qualified tenant for my house within 14 days of marketing it. The tenant has remained in the home all this time and has expressed an interest in buying it. Lyric is working on making that happen so yes, I am very pleased.

I've been using Lyric Realty Group to manage my property in North Tampa for over 10 years. I think they do a good job and wouldn't trust just anyone to oversee my property. I am an out-of-state owner and rely on Lyric to handle all issues. I wouldn't have stayed with them for all these years if they didn't provide me great service and excellent care of my home. I highly recommend them.

Worst company ever. Lazy, unprofessional, uncommunicative and have no idea what basic accounting is. Keep all documents when dealing with these people and make sure everything is in an email or some other form of writing. Better idea, don't deal with these people at all.

Unreliable and unprofessional.

Terrible people to deal with. Do not use them a property management or to lease your property. They will try scam you. They don't screen tenants. They don't about the property or alert you with the problems. You will find city codes violations that the owner gets written up for when the tenant told them In Writing, but they failed to tell you. They plain out don't care.
