DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! If I could give this zero stars, I definitely would! I have never seen such an incompetent group of people!!!!1) The salesperson called me "sweetheart". It's not 1970 anymore.2) I asked the salesperson specific questions regarding paperwork, to which he responded that "we have people who take care of that for you!" Now that there's a delay in getting our title, I find out it's because we needed to do the paperwork that I asked about in the beginning!3) The sales paperwork was done with all incorrect VIN numbers and had to be redone adding extra days to the process.4) One employee said that the delay was because they were waiting on a VIN verification for the car we traded in. First of all, that makes no sense and is a prime example of their ignorance in the car selling process. Secondly, how in the world are we supposed to get a VIN verification on a car that we no longer have in our possession? Really?5) I went in to try and make sure everything was taken care of for the title. I explained to two people - one of whom was a manager - that what the title person was waiting for was not required, and they assured me that they would pass the information along to her. I waited two weeks expecting to hear something only to find out that she NEVER SENT IT IN!!! We already had our temporary plate extended once. 6) We just found out that our newly purchased car has a problem with the transmission. We asked if the service department would at least look at it to determine what is wrong with it (we bought the car as-is, but expected that they might like to at the very least, stand behind their name), and they won't even do that without charging us for it. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE THE STINKING TITLE YET!!!!!
